If a shower isn't offered, we supply baby wipes, alcohol wipes, PH-balanced bodywash & wash cloths to use in hand basin.

There is no option to shower here BEFORE session starts unless you pay an extra fee & ask permission when booking in.

You are required to shower at home on the same day you book in.

Good hygiene is essential. See T&Cs 5, 6 & 8.

The bathroom is cleaned after each visitor.

No, we are not in a shop. It is a private residence nearby.

Yes, there is ample free parking 24/7 at The Pines shops.

Please enter via the Reynolds Rd entrance at traffic lights & take the first or second left-hand turn into the car park.

This is opposite the bus stops, the banks & main entrance/Priceline.

For our regulars, we can also provide free short-term parking in a more private spot (on request).

Text us on arrival for instructions to find the door. We only see people who have an appointment. This stops any unexpected drop-ins or stalkers hanging around.

It is unsafe for us to give out our address until you arrive.

Further, if you ask for a special 'request' you risk being blocked. 

It is annoying when we list the services but a few pushy people ask for more. Easy solution is move on & find someone else.

These people are referred to as 'time wasters'.

If you're nervous or new to this, we always recommend trying GH service first.

You relax & let the girl do the work. This takes the pressure off you & she ❤️ doing it.

Try not to release for 2 days before visiting so she gets a big drink. 

Hailey has a autoimmune condition which flares up if she gets over-worked.

She rests 1 day mid-week to manage fatigue levels.

She never works on Saturdays. Sometimes she works Sunday afternoons but only if it's advertised.

Lara is not available on weekends.

If you are in a rush to book in but haven't read the website first (or our T&C) we will usually ask for a deposit.

Some non-standard sessions will require a $30 deposit to book.

During busier periods between 4pm to 7pm we give our regulars priority bookings. So if you're new or unreliable, we may request a deposit to hold your place.

For time wasters (who ask questions before reading website) you risk being blocked as we aren't receptionists.

Our last day will be Friday 18 December.

We'll be OPEN on Monday 28 & Tuesday 29 December (2 days only).

Then re-opening on Monday 18 January 2027.

When you come inside, you must put your phone & sunglasses inside the box on kitchen bench until you leave  📵

Devices aren't allowed on you during the session to protect our privacy.

We are concerned about weapons coming in e.g. knives (mainly if this is your first visit & we don't know you).

People are blocked either because they broke our T&Cs, were unhygienic, unreliable, rude, didn't bother reading our website, have a bad attitude towards women (e.g. think women are dirt) or are shady characters.

We are fair & honest & will provide you with the services described in good faith. Contrary to what you may think, money is not our #1 priority as if it were, we would not block anyone.
