We are providing a health service just like any other health professional or medical centre.

These questions help us with making sure you're suitable, screening for our safety & setting up the session before arrival etc.

We want to make sure you understand our conditions. This avoids misunderstandings during the booking.

Most sessions will say whether or not a 5 min shower is allowed AFTER the session. Towels etc are provided.

If a shower isn't offered, we supply baby wipes, alcohol wipes, PH-balanced bodywash & wash cloths to use in hand basin.

There is no option to shower here BEFORE session starts unless you pay an extra fee & ask permission when booking in.

You are required to shower at home on the same day you book in.

Good hygiene is essential. See T&Cs 5, 6 & 8.

The bathroom is cleaned after each visitor.

Yes, there is ample free parking 24/7 at The Pines shops.

Please enter via the Reynolds Rd entrance at traffic lights & take the first or second left-hand turn into the car park.

This is opposite the bus stops, the banks & main entrance/Priceline.

For our regulars, we can also provide free short-term parking in a more private spot (on request).

If you are in a rush to book in but haven't read the website first (or our T&C) we will usually ask for a deposit.

Some non-standard sessions will require a $30 deposit to book.

During busier periods between 4pm to 7pm we give our regulars priority bookings. So if you're new or unreliable, we may request a deposit to hold your place.

For time wasters (who ask questions before reading website) you risk being blocked as we aren't receptionists.

You must be up & ready to start on arrival. No shower. Just wipe up & leave. No late arrivals.

First-time visitors are required to pay $30 deposit in advance. See "Payment Options" page. Not suitable for nervous people.

Existing customers who book week nights between 5:00pm to 7:00pm (our busiest times) won't be accepted unless a $30 deposit is paid in advance to hold a booking time. Otherwise short notice bookings might be available with 10-20 mins notice.

People are blocked either because they broke our T&Cs, were unhygienic, unreliable, rude, didn't bother reading our website, have a bad attitude towards women (e.g. think women are dirt) or are shady characters.

We believe men & women are equals (although they have different strengths & weaknesses) therefore we expect a certain level of good manners & mutual respect to access our services.

We are fair & honest & will provide you with the services described in good faith. Contrary to what you may think, money is not our #1 priority as if it were, we would not block anyone.
